I am a big believer in being healthy in mind/mood, food and fitness. I hold a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am CrossFit Level 1 certified, Spinning (Indoor Cycling) certified and YogaFit certified.
What I want you to know is that if you want to work with me on lifestyle change with the goal of becoming healthier, I will be asking you about your fitness. I hold the assumption that we all have an “inner athlete” and some of us just don’t know it yet. If exercise isn’t fun, then you just haven’t found the right fit yet. That’s part of my job: helping you fall in “like” if not “love” with moving your body.
If you want, I can offer a range of services in this department from minimal guidance to an extensive exercise program. For example, you can hire me for Personal Training sessions and/or ask me to design a fitness program for you.
